When the iMac G3 arrived in 1999, it shattered the beige box mold—bold curves, translucent plastics, and a palette that felt more fashion than computer hardware. Apple called them the “Five Flavors,” and they instantly became cultural icons.
Copland’s artisan keycaps capture that moment in miniature: the translucent iMac G3, its matching keyboard, and the infamous hockey puck mouse, all slip-cast into crystal-clear resin.

Every element sits exactly where it should, the whole stack resting on a platinum-lined, Aqua-style plinth.
Cables thinner than a human hair.
SLA printing at sub-20 micron layers. The cables measure 50 microns, every key on the micro keyboard is fully formed, the CD eject button is colour-matched to the chassis, and the front foot articulates.
Colour-matched, then encased.
The rear shell matches the original’s see-through plastic—a process our supplier had never attempted, and several revisions to get right. UV-resistant resin keeps it display-ready for years.

The detail is incredible!! I swear this was modeled perfectly to scale. I am seriously blown away by the precision and attention to detail. It is not just a keycap; it is a work of art.
It was disappointing. I love the idea and I love Snazzy, but the quality and execution of this was subpar. The plastic container (that the actual keycap is in was nearly impossible to open, the (assumedly) keycap tool for changing was just a weak piece of plastic that immediately bent like a wet noodle, and the iMac itself inside the keycap was poorly made with uneven lines and what looked like excess plastic from the mold or print.
Such a unique addition to my keyboard. The build quality and detail are incredible. Love it!

The keycap itself is fantastic. Unfortunately, the little display case leaves much to be desired. It did not retain the keycap in shipping and the window doesn't fit. still giving five stars because the keycap is what matters, but maybe go back to the drawing board on the display box.
Thanks for the feedback! We are working on re-designing the case for better durability in shipping and to get a better fit with the windows. We will upload the .STL file as well for past customers to 3D print their own should they desire!
Bit of a finicky process trying to actually get the keycap out to use it, but it looks and feels great! I used it to replace my delete key.
