When a certain small, light gray square of fabric was introduced in 2021, it set a new benchmark for premium, lint-free polishing. It also inspired a few questions: what if a cloth was designed not just for perfect, effortless glide, but with a specific chemical affinity for stubborn oils? Why $20 for such a small size? And most importantly, why isn't it… bigger? A lot bigger? Like... even bigger than daddy's hand?

That last question sent us down a rabbit hole of material science. After many prototypes from multiple suppliers, we felt we’d nearly matched the benchmark performance in most areas, but knew we couldn’t replicate the exact glide without millions in specialty equipment. So we focused on what we could innovate: an in-house proprietary triple-blend you won't find anywhere else. By integrating a small, precise percentage of polyamide, we gave the material hydrophilic properties enabling moisture wicking to actively lift fingerprints rather than disperse them.

The most obvious difference, of course, is the size. At a generous 22x22cm, Cloth Pro Max has the heft and surface area to tackle anything from a phone to a desktop display with satisfying efficiency. We even created a custom color—a warm gray perfectly matched to natural titanium—and made sure it was completely colorfast (a rarity on cheaper microfibers). It’s a cloth born from a deep respect for the original, but with its own opinion on how to get the job done.

That philosophy extends all the way to its presentation. Each cloth arrives folded in a custom-designed, recyclable origami package, printed with soy-based inks. It's just a beautiful tool, beautifully presented. And BIG!
