About This Product

When the iMac G3 burst onto the scene in 1999, it shattered the beige box mold with bold curves, translucent plastics, and a palette that felt more fashion than computer hardware. Apple called them the “Five Flavors”Blueberry, Lime, Tangerine, Strawberry, and Grape—and they instantly became cultural icons.

Copland’s artisan keycaps capture that moment in miniature, recreating not just the translucent iMac G3 itself (complete with a rear shell color‑matched to the original’s see‑through plastic, a process our supplier had never attempted before and which took several revisions to get just right) but also its matching keyboard and infamous hockey puck mouse. Every element is positioned exactly as it should be: mouse into keyboard, keyboard into Mac, all sitting atop a platinum‑lined Aqua‑style plinth.

Produced with SLA 3D printing at sub‑20 micron precision, the detail is astonishing. The mouse and keyboard cables measure just 50 microns—thinner than a human hair. The micro‑sized keyboard has every key fully formed, the CD eject button is perfectly color‑matched to the chassis, the articulating front foot moves, and even the rear foot nibs and power jack are present. The entire assembly is slip‑cast into crystal‑clear, UV‑resistant resin for remarkable optical clarity and years of display‑ready durability.

This is a keycap you’ll want to study under a magnifying glass, and you’ll keep finding new details every time you look.
