Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note: During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout

International Shipping
We aim to ship globally. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Typical International Delivery Times:
- Canada: 6-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Asia/Pacific: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 10-25 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@copland.supply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Important for International Customers:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Please check with your local customs office for information before ordering
- Refusing a shipment due to customs fees may result in the order being abandoned, with no refund provided
We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare false values.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure someone can receive the package or that it can be left securely. Consider shipping to your workplace if theft is a concern.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at help@copland.supply with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes for certain items
- Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the destination provided
EU Customers - Special Considerations
EU customers should be aware of their rights under EU consumer law, including the 14-day cooling-off period. See our Refund Policy for details. Original shipping fees are refundable if you exercise your right of withdrawal, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by specific dates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates during peak seasons.
Changes to Your Order
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us immediately at help@copland.supply. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order is processed and shipped, changes cannot be made.
