Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 29 countries. If yours isn't listed, drop us a line and we'll try to see what we can do for you!
What about international shipping costs and customs fees?
We know international shipping isn't cheap, and we're sorry about that — the price you see at checkout is the price we pay the carrier. We don't mark up shipping. Additionally, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes once it arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority, are often unpredictable, and are unfortunately outside of our control. We fully disclose every product on customs forms at the actual purchase price. By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any additional duties or taxes that may apply.
What's your return policy?
Given the small size of our team (quite literally ONE!) and one-size-fits-all for all of our products, we don't accept standard returns. Of course, if you receive something with a defect or experience damage in shipment, please reach out and we'll figure something out.
How long does shipping take?
We're still working out the kinks, so give us a bit of time, but we're aiming to get stuff shipped out within 3–5 business days.
