General Policy

Due to our small team and current logistical limitations, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns at this time. We understand this isn't ideal, and we're working toward implementing a more flexible policy as we grow.

We're Here to Help

While we cannot accept standard returns, we absolutely want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us immediately at help@copland.supply if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is defective or not as described
  • You have any other concerns about your purchase

We'll work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

EU Customer Rights

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. To be eligible for this cooling-off period return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them
  • Products must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Import duties and taxes you paid are non-refundable. While we will refund the original shipping fee (as required by EU law), you are responsible for return shipping costs and any export tariffs associated with sending the item back to us.
